Nestled within the Barnet greenbelt, this annexe was designed to complement the main residence while offering guests a refined retreat.

The brief was clear from the start: create a versatile space that functions as a welcoming guest house and transforms effortlessly into a cozy private cinema when not in use.

What was once an outdated sauna and pool area has been reimagined into a self-contained, luxurious extension of the main home. The new design maximizes comfort and understated elegance, featuring a generous display for film nights, a beautifully appointed ensuite with a double vanity, and clever built-in storage perfect for short stays.

As the main house undergoes its own transformation, this annexe sets the tone for what’s to come—a seamless blend of comfort, sophistication, and practicality.

Working with Davide has been an absolute joy! He knows how to push creative boundaries with bold design concepts while simultaneously infusing his interiors with a sense of home. His style exudes warmth, expressiveness and impeccable attention to detail. With the focus on functionality, comfort and sumptuous materials he plays with textures and colours; this, combined with contemporary furniture and bespoke design creates an inviting aesthetic. He has an eye for unusual decorative accents which are artful and fun! We are absolutely delighted with the transformation of our home.
